This condo has a special place in my heart. It was an investment my partner and I made together, and it was meant to be our dream home. Las Catalinas isn’t just a beautiful development on the Guanacaste Coast of Costa Rica. It’s a thoughtfully designed beach town rooted in strong community and family values. I just got back from a visit, and honestly, it’s an extraordinary place. Peaceful, vibrant, and deeply connected with nature.

Life, as it sometimes does, took an unexpected turn and my partner and I have since gone our separate ways. It’s been tough… still is… but I’m hopeful something good can come from this change.

I’ve already put down a deposit of $108,000 USD and committed to monthly payments of around $13,300 USD for two years. I work as a UI Director at a top international ad agency in New York City, and while I’m fully committed to seeing this project through, I’m looking for a partner to help share the journey.

When I made the purchase, I was represented by Stefano Ferraro, one of the founding partners at Unique Law and Business Firm in Costa Rica. I’m offering a 5% downpayment which is unusual because typically developers in Costa Rica ask for 30% or more upfront.

That’s where we can help each other. I’ve already covered the deposit, and I’m looking for someone to co-invest and share the monthly payments with me. You can opt for 50% or even 100% ownership, and you don’t need to decide until after the condo is built.

Las Catalinas has a strong real estate and rental market, and once the condo is completed, it’s expected to appreciate by 20–30%.
